Before you arrive
We will be completing this confidential health history sheet before your session starts. To save time please feel free to print it off to complete and bring with you.
To be fair to yourself allow plenty of time to arrive especially if you need to use the shower facilities before your session, after all this is about bringing more peace into your life and reducing your stress levels.
Try and leave enough time afterwards so that you can leave the space with grace and carry the peace with you.
