Indian Head, Neck &
Shoulder Massage

"Keep a note pad by the bed to capture the things that otherwise keep you awake"
What is it?
Indian head
massage is derived from the ancient Ayurvedic healing system, which
teaches self-care and prevention of illness. Developing in Europe since
the 1970s. it was introduced to the UK by Narendra Mehta,. The sense of
well-being that follows a treatment with head massage has to be
experienced to be fully understood.
The treatment is
given while you are seated and there is no need for you to remove any
clothing. A variety of massage techniques is used on the shoulders,
upper arms and neck as well as the head and face, which are all areas
that may become tense and painful due, for example, to stress or the
postural effects of working at a desk for long periods. The massage is
tailored to whatever you need - relaxation or revitalisation - and a
lasting effect can be achieved with a short treatment.
What can it
alleviate?
